I made a New Year's Resolution in 2011 to get myself into the best shape of my life. This is something I've attempted more than once in the past but never went pass a couple of months before I let myself go again. I guess 2011 was different because it was the year that when I started, I never stopped. Day in, day out, week after week, month after month, year after year, I caught what they call the Fit Bug. Fitness changed not only my body, but my mentality, my spirit, my well-being and my overall life. I never would have thought that by wanting to improve the quality of my life through fitness would inspire those close to me to want to change their lives as well. I believe that's what turned my simple New Year's Resolution into a lifestyle & a passion that fuels me to want to continually challenge, educate and better myself so I can now help others achieve those goals too.
